These Terms & Conditions govern the Crkex platform (crkex.pro) and applies to the use of all its services. By registering on Crkex or beginning to use its services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Crkex.

Crkex reserves the right to close or temporarily suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• If these Terms & Conditions are violated.
• If registration is completed using false or incomplete information.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• Upon instruction from a government authority or law enforcement agency.
• At the user's own request to close their account.
